Reset Glitch Hack (RGH) is a modification that can be done on your XBOX 360 Console (if it's compatible) that will unlock the full potential of your console. In 2009 someone figured out something called The JTAG hack (Joint Test Action Group). A KV is basically your console ID. It's a simple .bin file and takes a minute to put a new one on. which you can do with a USB or by Using Neighborhood. Learn how
All consoles have a KV, the very first KV is flashed to the console's nand and you cannot see it. Once your first KV gets banned, simply put a new one on the root of your hard drive named "Kv.bin" then clear cache then restart your Xbox and then you're unbanned again. yes, this is a modded console, Microsoft does not want you to have this and use it on their servers, so they will ban you from playing on XBL once they catch you which could be Hours, Days, Weeks, Months... this all depends on your Kv life, KV Life depends on what server you use. I am not Responsible for any type of bans.
